Dynamic Dry Cleaners

Went there to collect and drop off but there was no one. On the door they say back in 5 min so I decided to wait. However, there was no one for 10 min and I had to go to work so I just wasted my time. It happened 3 times in last 2 months, absolutely joke. Do I have to call all the time before I collect??? I can understand there is only one person in shop and they can leave for using toilet or some personal reason, but if you cant come back in 5 min then dont say you are coming back in 5 min. I have been using this shop for 9 years but wont use anymore as there is no guarantee I can collect without waiting. Service: Laundry pick-up

I had some expensive designer trousers which they said they said they had to send it off for specialist clean. It has been 10 months and I still haven't received anything back. They kept on giving me excuses and have not offered anything as replacement or credit. I wouldn't use this business for any valuable items you have.

Extremely happy with their service. They had free collection and delivery, Wez was very polite and professional and handled everything I had with such ease. I was also very pleased with the final products - they were well cleaned and soft. Good experience all in all, will definitely recommend.

Dynamic Dry Cleaners are polite and super efficient. Not only do they offer a very professional cleaning service, but they have the most amazing pick-up and delivery service too. I made a request for them to clean my outdoor furniture cushions - they not only cleaned them perfectly but wrapped each individual cushion up ready for winter storage. Great service.
