        If I could give this place a zero I would. I told the lady to do natural eyebrows and no shaping and she cut off a large chunk on my left eyebrow- and shaped them. I waited twenty mins for the appointment. Extremely bad !!!

        I was left bleeding constantly after my wax. After viewing pictures i am left going to the hospital. I have extremely Annoyed and upset. I have never received such poor service and I have been going for years. Without me even know how bad it was I still paid 15 for a job that left me in hospital. I will be taking it further!

        Communication could be alot better. The main lady Nisha is good at her job but needs to be more welcoming and patient with clients, not everyone is the same and politeness goes a long way. Also kind advice, to invest in better threading material and wax.
