Not certified They charge just cash because they working in black not safe place for any injections treatment if anything happens to ur face theyre not responsible they cheating and I had the worse experience I ever had so bad treatment and rude staff theyre not hygiene you will infect because most of there injections cheap and not clean and they They are not certified beauty practitioners theyre just trained I dont know how they allowed them licensed

Big Disappointment... unprofessional... when I arrived for my hair balayage appointment at 11:00 . The lady was busy to see me... So i told her i will leave be back in an hour. On my return to the salon after an hour around 12:15... So for another 1 hour i sit & wait until my car park time is up. So i leave with my 2 year old son to park the car in sainsbury for 2 hours.... I told the lady that on my return she had to do me next. I left with my 2 year old son parked the car, came back and she is still face waxing and threading... like OMG I am a very polite and patient person and it is Eid in two days so i just sit to wait... When my two hours were up I started to panic 1 hour parking and now I can't park in sainsbury amymore.... so I called the lady out telling her she had to do me next... very frustrated i told her that i couldnt wait for ever just because my hair needs more time all women with quick fixes went before me ( like 4 women who needed face wax or thread just went ahead of me) ... so i went out to park my car again for the 3rd or 4th time... ( bear in mind i had a two year old getting restless) after i parked my car in the 4 hour spot. I headed back to the salon i insisted i be next. She sat me put highlights in my hair ( which she convinced me to get / i only wanted half or full balayage only) and she left that in my hair and went for her lunch break i absolutely was getting anxious and paranoide with the bleach in my hair after 45 mintues and me calling her over twice she came to remove the foil... after an hour. my fringe was a disaster it looked terrible yellow ugly stripes of white amd yellow... so i try being patient & stayed calm to see the end result... so after colour wash and hair cut i literally could not see a differentin my hair cut only that it was 2 inches short....honestly no difference except like I had yellow egg York running on my haed.... Long story short i conclusion: .. they didnt see my as a first priority client ( for my child sake) or take me in as a first come first serve basis or take me in because i had booked 2 days in advance... My experience was HORRIBLE I was emotionally recked... I didn't even like the my hair all she was cut the tips of the end of my hair. I didn't get what I wanted at the end of the day... and didnt even show of my hair on the specialoccasion.. I wish I didn't ignore the bad reviews I read on their site. honestly I should have listened.... I hope they contact me to fix my hair or give me a free treatment because it is just unfair.... Im a very sceptical when it comes to hair dressers. I was in need to cut, blow dry and balayage my hair- online I found Maya, the reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. Maya listened to me very carefully, she gave me a professional feedback and the result was even better than what I expected.
