        Went to the Willesden Green Branch today to try and resolve a fairly complicated issue; reactivating a dormant savings account. The bank manager, Tahir, was extremely friendly, resourceful, and efficient in solving my problem. I also went to return some old 20 pound notes. Exchanging them was quick and easy. Left this branch with a great feeling. Thank you!

        Nikhel M. - this tall south Asian looking man was extremely rude. Needs to be fired from his job. Racist towards me, telling me Im not listening and yelling at me on a nice Friday morning with zero rush in the bank. So he didnt have to be rude. Absolute joke and so rude. Writing this to elevate this to the authorities at Lloyds.
