always purchased the bacon produced by this company & I buy 5 to 6 packs per month but in November 2021 the bacon was so salty we couldn't eat it due to so much salt content , wont be buying again due when I complained to Willersey Provisions on the telephone about the bacon being too salty the staff was very rude & terminated the call ...... Rude staff.

I discovered James and his team in the lockdown- these guys supply the best bacon we have ever tasted - their dry cure is not fatty, not too salty and beautiful tasting. They deliver if you order a reasonable amount and their customer service is great. Thanks for the excellent service
