        Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone called Julie from the spares department, after a quick chat about a part that needed replacing ie (Headbanger) we agreed that I'd call in to see how she could help ,I've got to say first class service from Julie if only everybody was as efficient and helpful as her life would be alot easy . Karen handled our enquiry in the most helpful manner and James carried out the work explaining clearly what he had done when handing the motor home back to us.
