    I would highly recommend Sian Coughlan Fitness Training! I have signed up for her personal fitness training and she is very motivational and professional. Sian keeps exercising interesting and motivating. She advises a simple lifestyle change which is easy to follow and allows little treats in life which makes it easier to stick to. I feel much more positive about my body image and although I still have a way to go, even on the days where I'm tired, I look forward and am motivated to workout!
