Used to love coming here - it was always my go to. The last few visits have been hit and miss as I was sick of being put with a temporary inexperienced member of staff and therefore kept opting for plain and more boring options to play it safe. After today though, my loyalty is done here and I need a new nail lady I understand it is a busy period with Christmas coming up, but prioritising a group of four girls who came in AFTER me is a joke. Viv tried telling me the design I wanted was unclear and the other lady basically couldnt do it yet she continued to do nails for this group of girls. I ended up walking out - my nails were just stripped of colour and a state. It seemed like a kid who stripped the colour off for me - didnt even look old enough to be of working legal age! Thanks for making your service worse. Thanks for how awful you handled the situation. Thanks for considering a loyal customer. DO NOT GO TO AMERICAN NAILS TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!!!! i have been in there for 3 hours to walk out with wonky nails,acrylic all over my hands and nail glue dripping down my fingers! 1) they got a CHILD younger than me to put my nails tips on, and had the audacity to say he was a professional 2) we asked them nicely to fix our nails and put them on properly, to then receive a bunch or VERBAL and PHYSICAL abuse 3) My friend Destiny Kemp was put under pressure and forced to pay, other wise they wasnt working with her anymore, and tried to threaten her with nail clippers. 4) They also was squeezing her fingers that tight to the point where she started crying and telling the woman to stop. in the end we both walked out and didnt pay. i think they are an absolute joke and are not at all professional!!!!!
