        Arranged for T&M to repair my ML270 CDI after it blew out a glow plug. I was kept in the loop as to how the repair was progressing. A full assessment was carried out to identify any further issues. Once they identified them i was asked if i wanted them to repair it or arrange my own repair. The car now drives better than ever and all at a reasonable price and considerably less than Mercedes had quoted me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T&M to any one a pleasure to deal with.
