        Just in the 6 months that I have been going I have learned 3 different and complex stances which all require different scenarios. I have also learned 2 different 'patterns' which are required for grading. 1 of which is for the next belt alongside all the moves and linework to go with it. I 100% recommend for people who want to learn the intricate art of Taekwondo or who just simply wants Fitness classes!

        My two kids (14 and 7) started at the club last September, and the love it! They are a great group of people, and the instructors are amazing, they are professional and very patient and they take time to go through the moves with them, especially with my 7 year old. Since lockdown they have continued with the lessons through zoom, which has helped to keep the kids motivated and fit, and including one to one sessions for them. I definitely recommend this club.
