        I would strongly advise not to use this solicitor. Please take my review in. They are the worst solicitors i have ever used and i have used quite a few. I paid my solicitor Bob some money and it is impossible to get through to him. I phone the receptionist and she leaves a message but i never hear back. Strongly advise never use this solicitor.

        Used these for a purchase that feel through. Still had to pay over 1200. Didn't offer any discount or discount on another property. Since then I have purchased a property with another firm which offer No completion No fee ! (only searches you pay upfront). Very diaspointed in service.

        Using Avery Knight Solicitors has been an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. They have had my file, searches and all other requested documents since April 2021 and have yet to sort anything out. I have been consistently fobbed off repeatedly by Bob Claire. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Promises the world and delivers nothing. As a result of there incompetence we have nearly lost a deal and cannot stress enough to use a different solicitor. Poor service, strongly advise to take your business elsewhere.
