        I can't seem to ever pay rent on a weekend?? And yet can't use the app to pay either due to my ex partner leaving the address making herself homeless and me now being forced to downgrade as a result of her leaving even though i have kids with me and never wanting to leave my property seems to be one big farcee tbh

        Terrible service. They don't class autism as a disability. They also like to reset your banding after 2 years as well as not following the law. They like to discriminate against disabled people. They also like to acost people as well as character assassination buy the deputy manager of lettings. They missadvise and give personnal views in a professional capacity. All of this buy a company set up to help people.
