Rude and aggressive driver. Refused to leave the parcel in a safe place for two days. Called me on my phone to be aggressive. Would not tell me when he would deliver the item. Customer care unexisted and extremelly unprofessional!

Where to begin posting on behalf of someone Ik they ordered several things the site they got these gifts of said due to the ongoing driver shortage there courrier had informed them that they would be coming via a New Courrier this Courrier was Yodel my friend thought oh there Local he lives in Darlaston not far from there base. Anyway he had ordered things for himself notably a bundle of rare video games from the 90's of Ebay. These were being delivered via Yodel they did deliver it.... But to an entirely different area on the complete opposite side of Walsall meaning my mate had to get 2 buses to get where the parcel was which was located in a Bush the package had been completely ruined by rain. The delivery was actually not far from the Person who was selling the Parcel who apologised and upon playing back there cameras saw the big green van fly past the driver come to pick up the parcels and we assume he dropped it. Anyway back to the gifts there gifts were for her Son's girlfriend being a pair of Nike Air Force One Trainers and for her husband which was a Bottle of Whiskey and then for her daughter was a Glass Artwork. Anyway the package was thrown over the fence narrowly hitting there cat. The Whiskey bottle was broken as to was the Artwork as for the trainers they say it was in a different van but there cameras see the man driver peaking into the package seeing the Box and then we assume stealing it. In other Thieving Incompetent Scumbags. My friend's mum made a complaint but they were about as useful as picking up the phone as they were delivering the rare games.
