Quite simply the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with

Im not a DX customer nor would I want to be after this incident. One delivery driver (aged 30-40 white male pretty sure he had ginger hair) in a DX transit driving down Dudley road/Icknield Port road at around 8.40am on 04/04/2023 was driving dangerously behind me all because a merging lane meant I ended up in front of him in the road. His ego couldnt handle this and ended up driving centimetres away from my car, weaving into my lane to bully me off the road. At one point I thought he was going to crash into me which resulted in me going into oncoming traffic to dodge him. Luckily I never hit another car. All while I had my 2 year old in the car. As a lone female I felt bullied by him. Whilst stopping at a red light he stuck his middle finger up several times. When taking a right turn eventually leaving him behind he wound down his window to throw something at my car. Honestly the worst experience Ive had on the road with another driver when I genuinely didnt deserve any of it. Ive complained to the company directly and have heard nothing back. Disappointing. Please save yourself from responding back and ask me to email someone because Ive already written in so check your system. I called your customer service number once got through, the phone was hung up on when I hadnt said a word yet. The attitude and way he was driving was so dangerous and disgusting. Ive never been a customer of DX and Im pretty sure I will never be. Im leaving this review to warn others about the types of people you employ. Your driver needs sacking and at the very least needs immense training.

I visited with my friend last week and go for delivery I want to work with them but I don't know who is hiring I want to work with driver it will be always an honour privilege and pleasure to work with them so nice job
