        Brought a car of them 14 days ago they put a fresh MOT on there was an advisory for front shock leaking oil , said they had it replaced 14 days later the same shock failed asked if I could send to garage where I live, they was ok with that cut the story short, they said bring it to them they will sort it said he would have a second hand shock put on I asked for a new one they said I would have to pay the difference, willenhall motors warranty says they will treat your car as a new one so damage part for new part you would think, very disappointed to find out that they lied from the beginning obvs expecting the shock to last longer than 3 months

        A very happy customer, couldnt recommend this company enough. Did all they could and more when I had made my purchase of the car. Made the process very easy. Just could of been kept update to a little more as I was told I was going to be, rather than me having to keep chasing it up. Overall a very happy with my car and Willenhalls service. Thank you!
