Good local post office however they can't do click and drop if anybody is thinking about going there for that, just know that you can't do it. Other than that it's a good post office.

Went to tax my car at the counter as the main post office part was closed, to be told they can do it but they forgotten how to do them, to call another member of staff over to help but her response was "we can't do them as we messed one up before and the guy got mad" great service and professionalism, top marks for looking daft and not having a clue. Why offer the service to waste peoples time because you have no idea what you are doing? Will have to wait for a day off to make my car legal now. Don't waste your time here.

They clearly do not like having to do Post Office duties behind the normal shop counter. First time I used it they made it as awkward as possible and it involved 3 different people having to be called to deal with one parcel. I have been again today to post a package and was told they are not doing it today because they are short staffed. If they cannot provide the service they promise on their website then they need to change it on their website until they can sort staff out who can / are willing to do the job. Todays was a wasted journey in freezing conditions.
