        Dispicable customer service was spoken to very harshly I'm disabled door was open at 8.50am a gentleman went in before me then I was told to wait til 9am which I did I asked for a product straight away she said GOT NONE her words I said would you have something similar she said over there behind stackef up delivery boxes extremely rude in my opinion I do not go in there out of choice .NO words to describe staff rudeness

        Terribly rude, offered to take blood pressure over the phone and when my wife arrived said she should be able to see they're too busy to do it, moved our presentation elsewhere.

        Absolute joke. Avoid if possible. Since Lucas left its been an absolute shambles. You cue for an hour or so for prescriptions to be told they arent in stock or not ready. The chap I spoke to a couple of weeks back needs help with an attitude problem or lessons for back to basics when dealing with customers. As is attitude stunk. Will be looking for somewhere else if it doesnt improve soon.
