        Severely let down by this pharmacy. Waited in a large queue to then be told I was not able to collect a prescription due to their system being down and got told to come back later or tomorrow. Went back hours later and still wasnt working. Not good enough - god forbid something would of happened to me in my sleep. It seems ridiculous that theres no alternative to this. What if the medication was severely important? Just telling people to maybe come back tomorrow is not okay when you can see they are struggling. Should not be relying on clearly unreliable software for the sake of your patients. Do better Lloyds.
