The way you deal with people who suffer with MH issues is quite frankly disgusting. You fail to realise that patients have a say in how they get treated and their choices should be taken into consideration when giving options, you don't do this. Staff on reception can't deviate away from a basic script and simply tell people to complete an online form, the question has to be asked "what's the actual point of the reception staff?" It's 2023, you need to understand that patients aka, your customers, should be included in their treatment decisions, and if they want a face-to-face appointment, give them one! In reply to your reply. When patients say they need a face-to-face appointment, give them one! don't just make the decision for them to make it an online one. All this business about completing an online form, it's nonsense! Look at your reviews, whatever you're currently doing isn't working is it?

New to this doctors, phoned up to complete my registration the women on the phone was really helpful and polite. I was on hold for less then 5 mins and managed to sort things out really quickly which is much better then most practices so I am fairly happy with this place.

This is the worst GP practice I have ever dealt with. Whats the point in being registered here when all we are told is go to the walk in centre?! The receptionists are completely tone deaf, more like robots. So unhelpful. Theyre sticking to some rigid script telling you to complete an online form, to which the turn around is 2 days!!! My god this place needs to be shut down immediately, I will definitely be moving to a different practice and I wouldnt rely on these people if I was on my death bed. Absolutely disgusting service.
