I went in to see Doctor Gupta on Monday evening regarding my 15 month old daughter only to be patronised, spoken to extremely rudely and not listened to at all. I requested something on prescription only to be told 'I will give you....' which then meant I had to go and spend 20.00 on the items I originally asked for. I have been with the surgery for over a year and find at least two of the doctors very rude and uncaring which then ends in you feeling worse than when you went in. I am currently in the process of moving surgeries as the incident the other day has completely put me off.
