Sam's team were lovely arrived on time also working to remove insolation from cavity walls the week before Christmas. The weather was horrible yet they worked on keeping mess to a minimum and were still smiling even in the rain. Adam gave me some tips on keeping damp at bay and I have to say the work was tops and the overall service ace. Definitely would recommend damp solve southwest 100%.

Sam understood our problem and gave us a couple of options regarding our loft insulation. I would highly recommend Dampsolve. They were trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and left our house spotless! I would definitely use them again.3

Sadly the opposite experience to the 5* reviews that led me to (attempt to) acquire the services of this seemingly well regarded local company. Appeared friendly and willing enough on first meet, yet that willingness and 'can do' persona very quickly evaporated into incommunicado and eventual brush off for commercial over domestic work. Business is no excuse for over promising and under delivering. Very disappointing overall I have to say.

Sam and his team came to assess the state of the cavity wall insulation at a property I'd just purchased. Extremely helpful from the first point of contact via telephone. Friendly, approachable, honest and left us with no doubts as to the state of our property (which turned out to be very good! Sam evidenced this all with photos taken whilst using a probe to look into various parts of the wall and insulation) I cannot rate this gentleman highly enough, excellent in every way.

They removed open cell spray foam insulation for the roof. The company was very professional and helpful . Contacted me before, during and on completion of the job with relevant information. I would highly recommend using them removal and cleaning , excellent, cannot fault anything. Brilliant.
