I submitted an online request and got a very quick response. We arranged for Gary to visit 2-days later and he provided some great advice, such that he recommended a simple solution that did not require any installations. This meant no work for them and clearly shows that they are an honest, fair and excellent firm to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

I needed a tv aerial fitted to my garden room. Very quick and efficient service was given, but the real test for service comes when you have a problem. I put the tv on for the England game and the reception was poor, I called them straight away, not expecting anything because its 7pm at night so left a message asking them to call me in the morning. I got a call back almost immediately, advising what to check and adjustments to make, this made it easier to watch but didnt really fix the issue. The following day, they took time out of their busy schedule to come to mine and replace a faulty part. Now thats what I call service. Now if only H&P aerials made lager. Thanks guys.
