What can I say? Ally is just incredible. From start to finish her service has been exceptional (even when she didnt know we were in events!) which is lovely to see. I honestly couldnt rave enough. XO

We hired Lottie (along with Ally!) for my daughters first birthday. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but Ally made it super special by letting some of the older children go inside and help. Thank you so much for making it so special and for all your hard work! The most beautiful ice cream van I ever did see! Would 100% recommend!

Ally, what can I say!? Ally has been a total sweetheart from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble. We chatted so often that when she came it was like welcoming a friend. I sat in the van serving all my guests (yes, in my dress ) and she was an absolute scream, we just had the best time ever! She stocked Jack's Gelato, lovely soft drinks, and of course the whippy machine. Sauces, flakes, I just couldn't fault her at all. She exceeded my expectations and I still can't believe how perfect everything was! Thankyou so much - you made my day! I wish I could have you back every year

Ally is simply wonderful! Cannot recommend her highly enough. She was so friendly and helpful from the very first conversation and all of our guests same the ice creams were amazing! Thank you for being such a wonderful addition to our party, we loved having you there! Xx
