        Lost kids names twice and ask to call near to end of December and now to say they won't we doing anything about it! Poor customer service only to put the phone down wile I was asking how do we find out of kids are in the January swimming lessons! Feel disappointed not even a sorry we failed not once not twice for the 3fd time. Blame it on staff no one from reception told her.
