        Very poor experience. As a business, if opening times are described they ought to be kept to. The pharmacy shuts sporadically due to there being no pharmacist. If you work 9-5 you cant rely on the pharmacy being open when you have a chance to collect medication. It seems to me that staff display general indifference in such circumstances and if you question what is happening or seek alternatives they stare at you as if you have two heads; they dont seem to realise that medication may be necessary as opposed to a lifestyle choice.

        Very poor. I order repeat meds in plenty of time. Lost count of times that I have run out before getting the text to say they are ready. Go in or phone to enquire if prescription is ready, told to wait for notification because they are very busy.
