The worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!! Avoid this place like the plague. I took my car in for engine diagnostics and when I arrived at 8.30 (their opening time) the place was locked up. About 15 minutes later the bloke turned up and was not particularly friendly or helpful. Not a good start. I said they could have my car for the whole day and I would pick it up in the afternoon. I expected a call around mid-afternoon to say it was ready, or at least say it wasn't. By about 4pm heard nothing so I rang - no answer. Rang the mobile number, no answer. Tried again 10 minutes later, no answer. Was pretty pi$$ed off by now so decided to go and collect my car regardless. Turned up at about 4.10pm to find the place locked up (supposed to be open until 4.30pm). Rang the numbers again and guess what, no answer!! Rang a couple of times the next morning, no answer again. Finally got through late morning to be told they hadn't had chance to look at my car and I should take it somewhere else. Not sure how places like this manage to function or survive. Why have a customer-facing business when your customer service skills are sub-zero? NEVER AGAIN.

Fantastic garage, honest, helpful, great prices for work, friendly, and very trustworthy. Always use these guys and will continue to do so.
