Dont waste your time. Twice we have tried to take our son to Rookies to be turned away. Call us before travelling to make sure we are open called both times before making the 16 mile journey and was told yes we are open only to arrive at 4pm (when they close at 5pm) to be told theyre closed. Never known anything like it.

Pretty awful, the playground it's pretty old and not looked after, some of the toys being broken. Had a cappuccino which was burning hot and not looked or taste like one. At least was the only thing to keep me warm as the place its like a fridge in winter time with temperatures of 15C. There are some heaters hanged from the celling however it's not sufficient. Children are getting cold even running around, not to say the discomfort for the parents seating at the tables in the cold. I will not be visiting this playground unless drastic changes are made.

A very clean soft play, with friendly staff. Occasional issues with larger kids flying into the toddler section but other than that it's a great soft play. Food is basic and reasonably priced.
