Ordered food , was 20 minutes late even though. Made the collection time later. Incorrect order came. Food was cold and poor quality. Have just rang to tell them and they didnt really seem to care. Said they wasnt anything they could do. A child was in the kitchen chopping food up. Certainly wont recommend it. I microwave curry would have been better

Though the better of the 3 chinese takaways in Wigton, of late it's gone downhill. Last week got home with order, opened it to find I had the wrong items. Called, asked for new order to be prepared to collect in 15 minutes. All good. Until I opened the bag with chicken balls - they were all way overcooked to the point the chicken was partly crispy inside. They would have known they were overcooked as instead of being nice and golden they were so dark like a really bad pine wood stain. Tried to call and complain but too late. This isn't the first time it's happened though not usually the whole portion. Won't be buying from there again.
