1. They will give you the lease car for the arranged fee.
2. I'm not sure how to avoid receiving a fee after returning their courtesy car. I returned it as clean as it was given to me, however they charged me valet fees.
3. The one time I ever called their out of hours line, at 1930 on a weekday, I was told to "stop calling this number", and they didn't help me whatsoever.
4. Took 3 months and 8 emails from me to get them to initiate an insurance claim.
5. Of course they have to charge for repairs needed when a car is returned, however 2000 seems an awful lot for a couple of extremely light scratches.
