We sent our caravan to simon for a damp repair to the front and full service and x4 new tyres. It took 8 months to get our caravan back after endless excuses. And the work wasnt even finished. No service was done! And the damp repair was terrible! Complete bodge job. And didnt even meet with us to go through his work when we picked the caravan up. It was just left with the keys placed inside the door. Also our heater element was taken out and not replaced so when we 1st used the caravan we ended up flooding it.. We then got blocked by simon so we couldnt contact him. But we managed to get hold of him to get a partial refund which doesnt even cover a 1/4 of what we have to pay out to get the work that he should of done in the 1st place! 660 we paid absolute waste of time!

Simon did a great job servicing our caravan at our home in Hereford. Thoroughly professional job. Found and sealed a minor area of damp ingress. We thought we needed an anti-freeze / corrosion inhibitor fluid change in the heating system and instructed accordingly, but when tested Simon told us not necessary at the present time, saving us significant expenditure. Will definitely use in future. Thoroughly recommend.

We bought a caravan from Simon just over 2 years ago, and on the advert it stated no damp and it had been serviced etc. We did check the van over for damp but saw no signs (he is very good at hiding things!) we used the van a couple of times and noticed that the shelf at the front had dropped and when we opened the front box it fell off! I called Simon and told him and he said he would sort any issues out which is fine, however he kept coming up with excuse after excuse as to why he couldnt collect the van from us! Eventually he came for the van and took it away to fix, he had it for about 6 months In total. When he finally bought back the van he said he had fixed this and fixed that etc but left before we could check it properly. On inspection he hadnt fixed anything all he had done was put new wood on top of old rotten wood and used a load of sealant, absolute bodge job! We have now had to strip the whole of the front end out and replace all the wood and the window seals etc to ensure the van will last us! All this bearing in mind us and our family had used him for years for servicing and this is what you get! Absolute cowboy would never recommend him to anyone else ever again and we and our families will never use him again.
