Kat is one of the most passionate trainers I have ever trained with. She loves fitness, it is absolutely not a job for her but it is a passion and she does everything to make the journey a good one. And it is infectious! Did I cry while training with her? Yes, I absolutely did. But half of those were tears of joy because she made me ditch everything and run back to training with her every single time. I followed her wherever she was training at because she always made me challenge myself more. She is not one of those who would tell you anything to make you happy or to keep you. She is not pretentious and her own journey is already telling you what you need to hear to start working out with her. She is a very straightforward, very open and right to the point person and she would take any extra step to help you reach your goals. Plus she has a "special music list" for every session to make it more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Kat, no matter your fitness level is. After one session, you will find yourself coming back for more!

Best training experience . Ever. Kat approaches each of her clients with their specific needs and capabilities in mind. She will never force you to do something shes not willing to do herself. But most importantly will always challenge you in a way that allows you to push boundaries in a way that is safe and surprising. No need for special equipment , youll be amazed what she can do with a chair, your body weight and a deck of cards!
