        Perfect place to stop off to make our journey into Norfolk slightly shorter. Really spacious family room, kids loved the soft snuggly blankets. Breakfast was exceptional for a guest house, continental plenty of choice including waffles! And cooked breakfast was delicious too especially the sausages. Bonus was that the place is right on the river so lovely views and perfect to blow the cobwebs away before jumping back in the car to go further into Norfolk. Highly recommend.

        Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building and host Victoria was lovely. A nice location next to the river and for the pub goers it's only a bridge crossing away. Comfortable bed, breakfast available and only a short drive to Kings Lynn away. I stay many places and would recommend this one to anyone Rooms: Rooms are lovely and cosy, with TV available
