        Love studio One!!! I tried Yoga a long time ago and thought it wasnt for me but after starting my recovery from a serious illness I started Yoga at studio one. I am prioritising my self care now and that is thanks to the amazing classes and brilliant teachers at studio One. Such a great inspiring space allowing me to catch your breath from my busy life- try the classes you wont be disappointed!!!

        If you want to try yoga this is the perfect place. If you love yoga already studio one will feel like home. Michelle and team offer a range of classes to suit everyone. I searched for quite a while until I found studio one and Ive been going there ever since
