        The doors that integral supply are an amazing quality and the customer service is outstanding.

        This company is appalling. They sent a sales man to a disputed kitchen fit with warped doors, peeling products and generally faulty products that were installed weeks prior to visit. All he kept saying was how long his journey was, how they sell so many thousands of products and this was the FIRST complaint they have ever had and we could have any of these products in any colour? He was CLEARLY SENT TO SELL. After telling my husband that "this was the best we were going to get" I asked him can you repeat that? He ignored me. I asked him again to be ignored once more. I told him if he was to continue to ignore a customer in their home he should leave. He continued his sales patter about never having problems and how we could visit any other showroom locally and we will not see better. I told him to get out of my house with immediate effect, he then muttered under his breathe "stupid b*tch". I heard him and told him to get out of my house. I opened and held the front door again telling him to get out of my house, as he was leaving my home, he put a foot in the door stopping me from closing it to swear in my face! Not professional in any manner and just appalled at his stance from the very beginning stretching in our hall when he arrived. We wrote a letter of complaint and to this day have heard nothing. This happened earlier in the year. So we feel we have given this company plenty of time to respond. I would avoid this company due to their lack of customer care which judging by other reviews isn't the first time.
