I have recently finished a number of qualifications with FLM Training and I can honestly say I have loved every minute! I started this journey as someone who had a keen interest and some basic knowledge of nutrition and very much enjoyed going the gym - I finished as a Level 3 PT with certificates in gym instructing, nutrition, kettlebells and GP Referral to name but a few. After each and every course I felt my confidence grow and my knowledge for the subject increase massively. So much so, i am now in the final stages of launching my own PT business - an actual dream come true! This is without doubt down to the help and support given to me by FLM (and of course family and friends ) The tutors on the course are second to none. I was lucky to be taught by Will, Dave and Richard. Each and everyone brought a new dynamic and unique teaching style to the table. Their knowledge and love for the industry is infectious. I think I may have asked Rich 10 new questions each and every day and never once tired of answering. I have met some fabulous like minded people, some of which will be friends for life. If you are contemplating a career change or would like to broaden your knowledge on a subject you love, then I would highly recommend FLM! They are professional, super knowledgeable and best of all you'll have a great laugh along the way! Thanks once again FLM, no doubt I'll be seeing you again very soon xx

As the Health & Fitness Manager at Swinton & Pendlebury Leisure Centre I have worked closely with FLM Training for some years as they deliver all the fitness qualifications for all our staff from Level 2 Fitness Instructor to Level 3 Personal Trainer and much more. As a Fitness Instructor myself I qualified last year as a Level 3 Personal Trainer which has opened up my work role considerably in a different way which I really enjoy. The training courses are well set out and delivered to a high standard in a way which makes the learning process for all understandable and also enjoyable. The FLM Trainers, Richard Jones, Harry Snape and Rob Baron are excellent trainers and over the years have been a pleasure to work with, nothing is to much trouble as they are always available to deliver help and advice. Earlier on this year I was invited by Dave Floyd to join himself and Harry Snape to join them on the challenge of cycling to the top of Mount Teide to raise money for Cancer Research UK. The cycle training leading up to the challenge with Dave and Harry was tough going but thoroughly enjoyable and both Dave and Harry gave me the help and advice that I needed so I could complete the challenge. We went to Tenerife at the end of September and the 3 of us completed the cycle challenge on Saturday 26th September, it was the hardest thing I've ever done but the great sense of achievement which I felt afterwards made up for the 5 & a half hours sat on a bike completing the 140km route up and down the mountain. The camaraderie between the 3 of was pivotal to us completing the challenge. I see both Dave and Harry as friends now and we still met up each weekend to continue are cycle training. We look forward to continuing to work with FLM Training for many years to come. Many Thanks Mark Royle Health & Fitness Manager Swinton & Pendlebury Leisure Centre Salford Community Leisure Ltd
