Wonderful company. I ordered a mud kitchen from Aldi and the top plastic tub and washing up bowl had broken. They were really swift and sent me a brand new one. I then noticed the wooden bit had cracked and they sent me a brand new top out too separately and I got both items the very next day after notifying them. Both members of staff were polite and really helpful and no qualms. I can see why Aldi stocks their items. Brilliant service.

I ordered a wooden play kitchen from Aldi but when it came, one piece had a crack in it. I contacted Aldi, who asked me to get in touch with 8th Wonder directly - I emailed them and in less than 24 hours had a reply from the brilliant Maggie, who asked me for a couple of details and sent out a replacement part immediately. Really excellent customer service.

The doors of my little boy's kitchen snapped within a couple of months and he was devastated. I emailed 8th wonder and they sent me the 2 doors within the week. The lady I dealt with (Marie) was very nice and understanding. Fantastic customer service all around, will definitely recommend them.

I have never dealt with such an amazing company whose staff really care. There was an issue with a toy, and as soon as I called them they went out of their way to rectify and replace the item, as well as sending an additional toy as a gesture of goodwill. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
