I have used Smartstrat for a number of years now to assist with me business. The service is nothing but excellent and supersedes any previous company I have used. They dont just answer the phone......on receiving a call they ask questions to find out what the call is regarding and by doing this it sort the wheat from the chaff and allows me to focus on the serious calls. If you are thinking of using Smartstrat, consider this......how many times have you called a company and when it either rings out or goes to answer machine? Like me and you, most people will just call the next number on the list until they get to speak to a human being. Enough said. 10/10 for Smartstrat.

During working hours, we can receive alarm calls from customers that need to be dealt with quickly and the team know exactly how to handle this for us. The most cost effective way to have your calls handled when you're busy!

I use SMARTstrat for both of my businesses and have always been impressed with their professionalism and how cost effective they are. We have 3 lines coming into the office and sometimes we cannot deal with all calls straight away and this is where SMARTstrat really works, they pick up our overflow calls which ensures our clients are dealt with immediately without having to leave messages.
