        Been with Invicta since the very start in April and can only praise the management team. A good positive energy throughout the office, non stop incentives to win! Constant training throughout to improve your skills, really good close knit team that's constantly growing and improving month by month. Endless career progressions available which are filled only by those within the company. Due to the training and constant support provided by Invicta, within 6 months I've been able to progress into the team leader position and looking to continually progress my career, next stop being sales manager which I have full confidence in achieving. If your after a fun vibrant environment with good working hours/ work-life balance as well the addition of non stop rewards and incentives, not just to mention the uncapped commission available and career progressions in mind then I'd 100% back for you to join the team at Invicta!!
