I started seeing Jenny after having pain in my knee whilst running. I had tried to solve the problem myself, but had run out of ideas. Jenny is very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. Not only has Jenny helped to get rid of my knee pain and get me back out running, but she has also managed to help me deal with a number of niggling issues with my core strength that had lingered from my two pregnancies. I have to admit that I never really believed in physio/exercises to repair injuries after some previous bad experiences, but I am converted and would definitely recommend Jenny! Thank you Jenny! :)

Jenny knows her stuff! She was immediately able to identify issues with my strength, posture and lifestyle that could be contributing to back pain. Her exercise programmes have helped me to build strength and flexibility, forming the foundation for a pain-free life. I liked that her initial assessment not only focussed on the physical, but also on my general well-being. The clinic is a really calming and reassuring place to visit, and I always look forward to my appointments.

I've been going to Jenny's for physio on and off for the last few years. I enjoy a bit of running but realise the repetitive action isn't the best for my body but with Jenny's positive attitude and clear direction she has shown me what exercises strengthen my body and prevent injury. When I do her exercises (3 times a day sometimes!) I find that I can run twice the distance pain free which I think is incredible. I have recently started her Pilates classes which I find very enjoyable, with a calm atmosphere and with her excellent guidance she teaches you the subtle movements of pilates, engaging deep core muscles which I now understand will strengthen my body for the future. I always leave either a pilates class or a treatment with her feeling relaxed and positive. (Im 50)

Jenny has helped me rehabilitate and get rid of any recurring injuries that I have been experiencing over the last few years. This has given me confidence in going forward to continue a healthy and balanced active life. I would go to say, my body feels 5 to 10 years younger after this treatment. I also learnt a lot about myself and would recommend her for consultation.
