What shockin company work you like a dog you are shown no respect for family matters. They exspect you to always answer your phone even on your days off. Hate been told no when you tell them you dont wona work overtime or different sites. When i handed in my notice i was always ripped off with hoilday pay an uniform cost even though i was never issued my own. It was a dirty smelly ripped ex staff members.

Shocking company to work for. Sack people without notice, make no provisions for Health and Safety in the workplace. No display screen equipment health care, no occupational health risk assessments. If they offer you work, avoid. The owner is a bully. Told a relative to bend the rules of Accounting or face being arrested for falsifying evidence! The whole company is a house of cards built on a foundation of carousel of money being funnelled through different companies

I worked for oltec for about a year just weekends. I had to leave the or be fired which was fair enough. They also said they were not going to pay me the 94 hours owed to me because Kybotech was not going to pay Oltec. So I said I will have to take legal action which I started. You only have 3 months to do this.I unfortunately contracted covid 19 and was poorly for 6 weeks. The time had run out so I couldn't claim.
