Neil in here is an absolute gentleman. One of the best companies Ive ever dealt with, this review doesnt do them justice. We are a construction company and order things daily from all over UK and Ireland. I needed goalposts for a construction project at EXTREMELY short notice. Nowhere in my own country of Ireland could hire or sell them to me, bear in mind the project was starting in 5 days. I rang up Neil in Wigan, England, thinking I had no chance. Neil had exactly what we needed. We ordered the Pro Kit 2 with extendable poles and fillable ballast blocks. Within 2 hours Neil had sent us shipment tracking notifications from TNT with guaranteed delivery to Northern Ireland within 2 days . The kit arrived NEXT DAY! Amazing service. I couldnt believe it when the delivery arrived so quickly. What a company, this is what you call customer service and putting the customer first. Neil never hassled us for payment or mentioned it until the order arrived, even though we were a new customer, extremely trustworthy in this day and age of 2020. I cant wait to see the goalposts erected and in use on our project next week and will take more photos. Very happy customers here. 5+ star experience and will definitely recommend and use this company again if we need to.
