        Dawn is 100% all about her customers and their shopping experience. Her card's are unusual, professional and beautifully crafted and presented in a beautiful box. When I contacted her as my card was running a little later than anticipated royal mail's fault, she immediately arranged for another one to be posted first class directly to my Mum for her 80th birthday or she wouldn't have received a card at all. She communicated with me several times with photos and tracking numbers to assure me. I have never in my life known a business to offer and go out of their way as Dawn has to make sure her customer was satisfied and my Mum got the beautiful card she deserved. I will only be buying my special card's from Dawn in future. What a wonderful lady who should be proud of her achievement's and values towards her customes Bless her!
