Ive used David for years and wouldnt contact anyone else. He is hard working, reliable and friendly. He has done so many jobs for me from putting up blinds in my old house to boarding my attic, installing a new loft hatch and ladders to plastering and fitting an electric fire and lots of smaller jobs that i couldnt of managed on my own in my renovation house. Used David to install an insulated ceiling in our conservatory which tended to be cold and noisy when it rained. Never really held the heat in even with the central heating on. We are really pleased with the ceiling we had installed by David. It has achieved all we wanted. Quality of the work was excellent and completed very efficiently with little mess. I had bathroom sealant newly put on around the shower base and the work was top class and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company on how competitive the price was and the agreed time coming to visit was on key and kept me well informed.

We had decided to change our concrete back yard into a more child friendly area. After asking for recommendations we found that DG Propertys was being mentioned by numerous people. So we contacted them and David came to our property and asked how he can help with designing the area we want changing. No hard sell he allowed me to show him what I wanted in which we both designed a decking area with a sunken play area for my infant daughter but I was also looking for an area for my older daughters (11 & 12) to have somewhere to play in which we agreed on using artificial grass which gave us that lawn look. David booked us in and worked around appointments we had to be able to fit us in, we found this to be very accommodating. Upon arriving on the day to start work We found David to be extremely professional not only in his work ethic but the way he address us and outward appearance. He was with us for two and a half days and when finished left us with an amazing area for us to relax in but the envy of our neighbours.
