        Terrible service, my partner took a well wrapped parcel for me and they refused to post a pre-paid, Royal Mail parcel because it was in a Royal Mail approved slip that I bought from Royal Mail and claimed that the Royal Mail scanner that they have couldnt scan the Royal Mail label, utter rubbish! And now my parcel is late for delivery! Cheers

        I came here earlier today and the lady behind the counter is brilliant as always. Its the reason I always come here. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done in a friendly manner and as efficiently as possible. I just wish all post offices were the same! This lady should be training all other staff members in other post offices. Please keep up the great service
