        Asked for help and the only thing said we can't do nothing and that answer took 2 seconds unbelievable, didn't even tried to figure out where my parcel was lost, and I had everything post code and when and what time just search or even call to a near post office from the place was sent but no, pure laziness and making costumers losing their goods and money, and to help dont need to be rude to explain you didn't wanted to try
