This company will ruin your home! Having contacted this company to arrange a quote for wall insulation I was pleased to find they could come the same day and assess whether my house was suitable, they also delivered the good news that the insulation would be free via a government scheme, so far so good, work commenced very quickly after that and we told the surveyor Shaun we wanted to keep the original terracotta vents on the outside of the house. Unfortunately this wasn't passed on and the terracotta was chipped out and cheap horrible plastic replaced it, rubble was also left in the garden. Obviously we complained and were told we would be contacted by the surveyor, we never heard anything and we chased several times only to be told we would be called back-we had the work done in May/June and we still haven't heard anything. I called the HO several times and conveniently the person I needed to speak to was either in a meeting/on lunch/on the other line, and guess what? They never called me back. I finally got through to the surveyor last week and he said he no longer worked for the company. I never received any paperwork/email with conformation of work done either. If I were the government I would want my money back!
