If I could leave 0 stars I would. I cannot believe how disrespectful the training ground is being by having a groundsman working on a tractor throughout the Queen's funeral. Surely the grass would haven't grown that much if they had waited another couple of hours.

I am a resident of Spelding Drive that has Wigan Athletic training pitch behind our back garden fence. When the first team are training the foul language being shouted is appalling, I have video recordings taken of this from Monday 28 August which was Summer bank holiday. We had invited friends and family with children to our home but had to come indoors because of their behaviour. Today is another Bank Holiday which is the late Queens state funeral but throughout the full service Wigan Athletics groundsman thought that it was acceptable to cut the pitch grass with loud machinery. Another example of Latics showing absolutely no respect to the late Monarch or the residents. We are more than happy to have, and have asked for a face to face meeting with Wigan Athletic Operations manager but as expected he won't agree to meet. Kind regards
