took my cocker spaniel for a full groom Ln Springfield. Next to printers .poppy was overdue and had knots in her ears under her armpit and bottom....46 no groom just removed the knots ...I took her back and was told bring her back in a week or two...so I took her this morning to be told they want another 45 ...seriously she claims she told me bring her back that week...if this was correct you dear would have looked in ur appointment book you had in your hand ..be careful of false smiles .she on the road to ruin with treating ppl like this.. How's that for a groom
