Shocking customer service. Do not order from this company. If some problems - they will always be right or will ignore you. They took -15 from my payment because I missed my delivery. Calling cards were not left on both attempts - DPD can confirm that! So I had no idea they are trying to deliver (I do not check my email that often). I would bothered to rearrange if calling cards were left but it was not! Had no problems with the last 3 deliveries. I do respect business and their expenses but this time it was a mistake from their side (DPD) and they just do not except that because they are greedy. So, if you will miss your delivery, not beeing at home, they will take a random chunk of your payment and will refund you only part of your payment. That is a fraud because these charges are not mentioned on their Web page! Would have oredered from them all the time but they just lost another (I am sure not the last) customer!
