        Came in the store today due to breaking my glasses this morning. The lady serving me went above and beyond to help get them sorted. I have been in this store numerous times and each time the same lady has served me always polite and helpful a credit to the company.

        Excellent service, the staff where very friendly and proffesional I turned up to my appointment on time, and I was seen on time, the whole process only took 20 mins for an eye test and prescription, the range of frames where good to and I ws able to select a pair to suit me quite quickly, I will be coming back for a checkup in two years, thanks.

        I had an eye test & contacts check up today and I was very happy that I visit vision express. The staff is lovely and helpful. The option was great and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to everyone. Much better service and attitude than Specsavers.
